So, I have already talked to someone in the IT department for Verizon and talked to them about how I want to get a tower on my property or something which can help in strengthening the signal. There is one tower near my house but it is at the bottom of the valley and we live on top of a hill. The signal from that tower is close to 0 as I have calls drop all the time or simply no signal. I have filled out a form with Verizon and have yet to hear anything from them. Whenever I call them, it is not possible to be able to get transferred to talk to someone who could help me. All I get is a we'll reach out to you. What is the best way to go about this situation?
