Dear Verizon,
I am a customer of Verizon for 11 years. More than one year ago our family joined the "5G unlimited" plan. We have total 5 lines.
Last week when I was in vacation out of town, my phone stop working. I cannot make phone call, cannot send/receive message. It's very inconvenient.
After return, I went to Verizon store, they told me that my phone was "disconnected", because of high data usage on my "5G unlimited" plan. Then I checked email, found that it does sent me a notify email. But I cannot access email during vacation. I cannot believe that Verizon as a phone company, it just disconnect my phone without calling me or sending me a message?!
I was told that I can only send explain email to "[email address removed per the Verizon Terms of Service]" and wait for 3 days, hope to get my phone line back.
I sent email, no reply at all. After 5 days I went to Verizon store again. Now they told me I need wait for the reply for 7-10 days. And there is no phone number or any other contact method for this "network compliance" department.
What can I do now? If my high data usage violated any term, please show me the limitation.

Am I also ignored here?
If you don't know how to handle this, please point me the contact who can.
I don't have phone/message services for more than 2 weeks.

Thank you for reply. I've sent one "private message" to "vzw_customer_support", not sure whether it is the "private note" you talking about.
Please let me know if you got the message.

I am having the same issue with my Dads phone, he doesn't even know how to send a text message and at 93 years old he certainly isn't going to spend much tie on the phone talking. I am have emailed the compliance Department and just as you stated, I have not received a reply from any one at Verizon. This is a safety issue, my Dad needs to be able to contact someone in case of emergency!!
Please let me know if you get satisfaction from Verizon support .
Thanks
