How can I recognize an excellent Verizon employee?

Can you tell me how to recognize an excellent employee?

And can you consider making it easier for folks to do so? I have spent about 10 minutes querying the site to find a way.

Is there really no formal method for customers to recognize an employee? I am not seeking to post to the community but rather to communicate to supervisors or HR as most businesses allow.

In past posts, community members were invited to complete a form which it was implied would be presented to management. Is Verizon unable to do this?
