How do I contact corporate? Or speak to an American customer service agent?

My billing is completely wrong and I’m being charged for items I do not have and never have had. Every time I call into customer service they tell me that they can see the problem and they need to transfer me “to the right person.” I wait on hold each time approximately 45 minutes to have the call dropped by Verizon and never get any help.
I have been a customer for 11 years. Is there any way to speak to an American customer service agent?

Have you tried live chat via My Verizon during business hours? If that still isn't getting you anywhere, there are "Customer Champions" which is something new Verizon's been doing, and you need to lean on whomever you call or live chat with to escalate it to one of the Customer Champions.
