My younger sister has worked at a verizon for the last seven months and has been repeatedly accessing my account. She finally admitted this to me in November and I asked her not to do that because it's against verizon policy for her to sell me anything let alone be in my account but she continues to do so. I would like to make a formal complaint. She recently used her access to my account to use my mother's hotspot (on my account) for internet and has been persistently reviewing the account. I find it strange that I need to go through 13 levels of security to access my account and a verizon employee can have at it to my account anytime they choose without my consent. She's managed to do this because we do not have the same last name but I don't think this matters. Grateful if verizon will contact me about this because this is definitely grounds to cancel all of my accounts.
