How do I get complaints through to top management?

I have two issues. One after 12/11/23 I can no longer use my computer for texting. however, apparently Mac/Apple still will be able to do so. Absolutely unhappy over this decision and loss of service feature.
Two I do not want to deal with any 2-step authentication to sign into my account. I want to sign in and be done. I absolutely despise having to have my phone nearby to allow me to sign in on my computer.
I want upper management to be made aware of my issues. Customer service people are friendly but can only notate and cannot push the issues up the chain. A simple supervisor has no additional authority.
