I need to have my line transferred to another device but I can't even log into my verizon account to begin the process without text verification. My phone is broken and won't turn on or charge. Thanks in advance.

Hello @alemrebo , @TheHarv831 & @suzarj ,
When it comes to making account changes or order equipment when your phone is inaccessible, there are two options.
- Have a registered Account Manager log in to complete the action
or - Visit a Verizon store to complete in-person

The solution given doesn’t offer me a security question, it still just tries to send a code to my phone… which is broken!

Hello, suzarj, I'm sorry to hear your phone is broken. To make sure we're on the same page, are you looking to sign in to My Verixzon to activate a replacement phone?

I’m having this exact same issue! Can’t I confirm my account via email since I can’t receive texts on my broken phone? This is getting ridiculous!

Hello, TheHarv831. So sorry to hear of the broken phone. Since the phone is broken, there is always the option to have the temporary password sent via USPS Mail. I know that can take a while so you always have the option to visit one of our direct Verizon store locations for access and assistance for your online account. Are you looking to get a replacement for the broken phone?
