I have an issue that I've dealt with for months and I'm tired of the calls and the visits that only wind up being more and more confusing.
Once before in my many years with Verizon I was in this position and only a registered letter to the CEO got it resolved. I don't want to bother with that again if I can avoid it, so I'm hoping that an email will resolve it.
Thank you for any suggestions.

I finally found someone in Verizon who can solve my problem without having to go to the CEO. Thank you DEB!!!
She was personable, quick to understand the problem and empowered to make the necessary changes.
I never realized the power of this Community Discussion site ... since I may well have future issues, I will check in here should the standard Chat support prove fruitless. Again, thank you.

as I reread this, I see I was unclear ... does anyone have any ideas as to the best way to reach senior Verizon management other than sending a letter via snail mail?
