How do I reach Verizon Corporate?

4 month, over 40 hours on the phone with customer service and tech support, issue with text messaging is not resolved, replacement phone did not work, supervisors did not follow through with phone calls, etc. This is the most bizarre experience I've ever had.
How do I get through to anyone in Verizon corporate who can stop this nonsense?

That's a very long time to be looking into a issue. I'm sorry that things haven't been resolved in that timeframe, and there's been some problems with follow-ups. For sure we want to get your issue addressed, so that's why I'm sending a Private Message to get more details.
