I got the Disney+ bundle through Verizon that included Hulu and espn. I recently decided I didn't want it anymore. I did some research and found if you have Disney+ through a third party (like Verizon) you have to cancel your subscription first and THEN you can delete your entire Disney+ account (email password etc) all through Verizon. I successfully cancelled my bundle subscription but can't fully delete my Disney+ account info on Verizon or the actual Disney site. I can log into my Disney+ account online through Disney on a computer but it doesn't give me an option to look at my account settings because I have to first resubscribe to a plan. Verizon only gave me the option to unsubscribe from the bundle, and not to delete my Disney + account. Please help.

Your link is pointing to Disney account which is not same as Disney+. Also I cannot delete Disney + account on their website because it says I am not the account holder. And it happens because the account is created through Verizon thus I cannot do it. And according to Disney you have to provide a way to delete the account.
Please provide a way to delete the account otherwise you donโt comply with CCPA which requires you to provide a way.
