We recently built a house, but Eversource is unable to provide the service drop because they need to upgrade their infrastructure. This requires Verizon to replace the poles on our street. Does anyone know how long it typically takes for Verizon to change the poles after receiving the 605 form from Eversource? I tried calling the setup line, but the operator was very unhelpful and rude, only giving me the engineer's number. I've reached out to the engineer multiple times, but he only answered once and said he would call back. Meanwhile, people are waiting to move in, but we donโt have power connected. Any advice or assistance would be greatly appreciated.
