How to Access 5G Plus Home Internet Promo ??

I signed up for 5G Plus home internet over a month ago while Verizon was marketing a promotion that would provide an xbox, $100 Verizon Gift Card and $either an Amazon Echo or $200 Amazon gift card. I've met every requirement in the T&C and have now called 4 different times to try and track down the promotions. Each call took over an hour. And each time I was told that I should just bear with them as they look into it and then as they submit tickets. There should be so many tickets on my account at this point but at the same time each agent can't seem to see the previous tickets and seems to be convinced that what they are doing will solve it. It's a complete waste of my time and I haven't seen a single email or update to my account to reflect progress.
It seems that a few others at least got an email or were able to claim one of the promotions so far... how do we actually get this resolved?
Combine the fact that the internet went down twice this month as well, I've spent WAY TOO MUCH TIME with Verizon and wouldn't recommend anyone else signs up for this promotion or service.
