How do I file an official complaint and ensure that it's registered with the US Government - governing regulator.
I have been a customer for over 14 Years.
I have spend no less than 7 hours on the phone with Verizon Reps. Extensive notes have been captured because I have asked the Reps to read me excepts prior to me explaining the issue each time I get a new rep.
I have been charged for services and equipment that I have not received or is defective (Verizon words not mine)
I have been hung up on by Rep after spending 2+ hours each time on the phone waiting for back office discussions to happen.
I have been given the run around. I am FURIOUS!
