How to cancel Fios while abroad

Hi, 

I've forgot to cancel service for Fios internet while I was in the U.S.. Now that I'm abroad and call up the number for cancelling service (844-837-2262), the call doesn't get through at all, as well as any verizon customer service numbers. Is there any way I can cancel Fios service?
