Hi, I made a port request but I want to cancel it. I cannot call any customer service numbers because I don't have an active verizon number. Thank you!

Hopefully this has been straightened out, but if not...
If your port to Verizon finalized, you'd have to port your number back out to whatever other carrier you want. But if the port is stuck somewhere in nowhere land where it is not showing up under Verizon and you have no service whatsoever, I'd think you could ask your previous carrier to cancel the port and they would get the number back.
Verizon's Porting Department can be reached by calling 888-844-7095. You don't need a Verizon line to call them, just a working phone.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.

Happy Wednesday! Being on top of you account is crucial, especially if you are managing your port request. Verizon is here to help.
Let's gather more info. Did you port out of Verizon Wireless or were you porting into Verizon Wireless?
