I still have the same problem, they are the worst company, the treatment I receive from the agents is horrible, I haven't been able to access my account for 15 days, I can't see my invoice, I can't do anything in my online account and now I just want get my numbers from this company and leave, they are the worst company I have ever been through in the United States, two years as a loyal customer of you and this is the treatment and experience I receive, I was even forced to file a complaint with the FCC for the horrible treatment I am receiving from Verizon
