I'm trying to obtain the Chat transcription from my previous upgrade

I have been trying for some time to get a copy of the promotion and my order details from late last year. My receipt document will not load when I try to access it from the "Documents & receipts" page in my account portal. I just had another live chat session disconnect me so I'm hoping someone in the community can help me at least get the transcript from my original session when I changed my plan, phone, et.

Are you receiving a specific error message when attempting to access documents and receipts? Finally, was the purchase made with Verizon or through a third party retailer?

Hi, JHblues. I know how important it is to have chat transcripts and clarify this inquiry for you. Although we do not have a way of sending a past chat transcript, we can review this on our end. You can email a chat to yourself at the time of the chat as well, anytime needed! I hope that this information helps.

Next time take screenshots because all the chat agents are foreigners and it's highly unlikely they'll exert themselves. My experience with Verizon customer service. They use to be good, now they're horrible. I live in a MAJOR city and have - no reception, connection, etc.
