Having a bad start to my relationship with Verizon in almost every single level possible. After 5 days of chats and phone calls, Iโ€™m supremely frustrated and getting nowhere.  Promised were made at the time of sale to make the switch. I have the chat idโ€™s and screenshots from Ryan and the other agents Iโ€™ve talked to and the lack of response is overwhelming. This has put me in a very tough spot financially as the promoses made included Verizon virtual GC to offset the cost of switching over. I have asked for and scheduled calls from leadership, never heard back. I have been told sorry, nothing I can do from others despite literally having what was garunteed in writing.
