As I recall I was sent 2 phones. Neither worked so I asked for a box and shipping label to mail back! I even called and they received them both. They never replaced them by the way! I had to produce a tracking number, which I did! Now 20 years later they claim I owe for this and if I can recall a tracking number they will credit me! Ha! Oh sure I saved the tracking number! NOT! Now what about this recorded line they claim they have!? I talked to a supervisor named Ken and not only was he rude but not willing to help! Just kept saying how would you like to pay this? Pay what I don't owe anything. Called collection agency and they said Verizon has to credit me. Talked to Verizon 5 times and 3 times they hung up on me! They said I have to talk to collection agency! Which is the right answer? I hate verizon. They rip you off and don't know where these incompetent rude employees come from.
