I have a question about my account and it is about the promotion on the phone that I had ordered on November 19th a couple of weeks ago on Sunday night with the help of an online agent at the time right, when I ordered it online had did that option to bring my own number over to Verizon from a prepaid carrier at the time and all and I waited and waited for my number to be ported/transferred over to Verizon I waited for 24 hours into the next day on the 20th and still no answer of my number being ported over nor transferred right and I waited for the next day as it was nearing 48 hours that Tuesday November 22nd right and so when it still did not work as it was still working through the other carrier as it got close to a week of not working through yโ€™all and I then went to an authorized retailer store and let them try to help me do it at a store as well but it supposed to been working on yโ€™all network at a certain time they said right as it was on Sunday November 26th when I went to a authorized retailer, what gets me is that in the store as they was helping me try to get my number ported/transferred, they gonna charge me $40 in the store and they also did a in store bring your own phone as I purchased that phone online for the promotion that it supposed to have on it to be FREE online when I got rung up as a previous customer online and I had went for an unlimited service plan to qualify for that to be FREE online at the time of ordering it. Why in the store of an authorized retailer would they do that as a in store purchase type of transaction and charge me in there to activate and help me with a transfer and port request of my number that I wanted to use at the time, and they had gave me a temporary number to use at the time until the port/transfer of my number suppose to been working on yโ€™all network but turns out it did not get to working as the people on the phone of the porting team said it was confirmed from the other carrier of the port request when I gave them the account number and the number transfer PIN to give to the porting department on the phone.

The new phone was purchased online through the chat of a representative at the time of the order being placed, I ordered the iPhone SE 3rd generation

The promotion that is on that phone was messed up once I took it to the authorized retailer store as the phone is suppose to be FREE via the promotion online at the time of getting help to place the order online and at the store they do it in store as an in store purchase and as an bring your own phone option when I ordered it online of the promotion that it supposed to have on it when choosing an unlimited service plan and start a new line of service

the entire purchase was started online and then within a weeks time I went to store once my number was not working on yโ€™all network from the other carrier as I put in a request online to have my number ported over and transferred to yโ€™all

In the store a temporary number was assigned onto my account to use until my other number would be working through yโ€™all
