I have previously been a customer of both Verizon and for a short time Visible. I’ve had service with Mint mobile for almost 3 months and would like to move back to service on the Verizon network.
The issue is that when I check my phone number on https://www.verizon.com/switch-to-verizon/ it says that I’m already a Verizon customer and to contact customer support for questions about my account.
Any ideas on how long it will take the Verizon system to recognize that I’m no longer a customer so I would be eligible to port back in?
