Insurance claim for a replacement phone

I filed an insurance claim for a replacement phone because my phone wasn't staying charged. They sent me the replacement but they did not include a return shipping label for the defective phone. I have been on the phone with them for months trying to get a shipping label. Verizon is saying that it is an Asurion issue,  however Asurion is stating there was never a claim made.  I have literally spent hours on the phone with both Asurion and Verizon.  Verizon billed me for the warranty replacement phone even after multiple requests for a return shipping label.

Has anyone ever had Asurion deny that a warranty claim was never made? Anyone have a phone number or email for filing complaints?

I don't know why, but trying to get a shipping label from someone at Verizon seems to be an impossible task.  Your best bet is to print the label yourself through your My Verizon account.  Do a search for "equipment return" at the Verizon website for more details.

That is a really tough situation. I had a similar situation happen and wasnโ€™t getting any traction by calling the call centers at either Asurion or Verizon. I would recommend going into your local branch and trying to get help from a live person. Thatโ€™s what ended up getting my situation resolved. Iโ€™d like to hope that given the opportunity, Verizon will do the right thing and help get this sorted out for you.
