I had prepay with verizon and h a d no real issues. Had 2 lines on my account and had the highest packages they had to offer. I use my phonrs to also watch tv in our home. So i was satisfied with them complety. They only messed up my account once and i dont remember now exactly how they gi c ed ot but they did. I was paying 130 a month. I never had problems connecting to netflex or prime ir a y of the chanels i wanted to watch. Never any real streaming proble.s, hardly ever enough of a problem that i couldnt finish watching a show. Then i switc h ed to s contract and what a mistake from the very second i signed my name to the dang thing. My phine wss supose to be free then they talked my son and i into a free tablet. Which nieghther one actually have been free, anything but free. Si was lied to from t h e very start. U could go on a nd on. No one would believe all ive gone through with this company. And i havent even started on the insurance that they sellvu. They try to tell u for excusses of why they cant do what they tell u they wi ll do when certain things happen. Well its all in how yhey want i handel it. It say free scree n replacemeny no limit. Let me ask has anyone ever been Ble to het them to fix the screen more n one or 2 times before they say they dont have one for ur phone and cant get one. Then try to talk u into payi h 100$ for a replacement phone that isnt even like the one u had issured and doesnt even come close to be as good as the one u had. Or they want u to wait 2 weeks.vor matbe like my son callwd said he had a cracked screen on a $1200 phone hed purchased through samsung but id had it insured so he calls says h e has crac l ed screen so t h ey send him a new one and then twll him whe n he gets everything switched over to sd n d thr m the broken o n e. So does tha t sound normal. No so when my phone thT was supose to be free needs a screen replacement what do they tell me . Well ill just let u guess. But dud finakly get it fixed. And to no fault of my own before i was able to get a phone case and scree protecter my famil u member came over boreowed it hit mad and screen got b cracked again. So i set up an apt. To have it fixed no problem till someone obviously seen itd just been fixed cancealed my apt. Ti have it replaced. No one called to let me know so i had to call and ask why no one showed. Amd the lues started again. I wi get iut of all this by the first of thr month and i wont look back.
