I connected to the Internet on April 18 and worked with Denise V. She was very helpful on the first day of the connection. However, after that, she said she was done with my account. When I received my bill, I saw that she hadn’t completed anything she promised. I didn’t receive my discount, and my name was wrong. I tried to contact her multiple times to fix these issues, but she never returned my calls or text messages. I also tried calling customer service, but no one answered. As a result, I disconnected my Internet on April 25, just one week later.

 

The bill I received showed a charge of $89.99. Today, I chatted with a customer service representative named Rafael, who told me the bill was generated on April 18, which is why they couldn’t change the amount. He said I would receive a bill for the one week of usage on my next statement. I tried explaining that the bill cycle says March 19 through April 18, and that I only used the Internet for one day (April 18) during that cycle. Therefore, I shouldn’t be paying the full amount, but only for one day. Unfortunately, he was not helpful and only defended the situation.

 

I am very disappointed with Verizon. The customer service is terrible, and I didn’t expect such poor service from such a big brand
