Is Paramount+ / Netflix promo still available

Hello,

I am trying to subscribe to the Paramount/Netflix promo using the link provided to me by a representative on chat :

When using this link, I get the following message :

"Unable to process further.   Sorry, this is no longer available".

Could someone please verify that this promo is still available and when we will be able to sign up for it again?

I have been told yes. However, I signed up on March 13 and still cannot activate.  March 14th had a ticket made for tech to help, contacted the chat with us button 3 times and still nothing.  They tell me to keep trying.

I subscribed to Paramount Plus and Netflix for $99/year in March. I have never been able to get either one activated. I’ve contacted multiple people at Verizon numerous times and no one has been able to help me. They tell me they will escalate the issue then I never hear back. This has been going on for five months now. I still do not have access to either app.
