Issue after Issue

I am ready to call it quits with Verizon. I've read the forum and see that I'm not the only one with this problem. I have been trying to transfer my service onto a different line all day. I spoke with 3 representatives and chatted with 1 and the issue has not been resolved, When I got to accept the terms and agreements, I am met with "We are experiencing a problem while connecting you to a server" error, which I see a lot of other customers are too. Aren't you a phone/internet provider? Shouldn't your servers work properly? Why are you making it so difficult to stay with you? What is the fix? I am ready to take my money and spend it elsewhere. I can't go into the store to speak with a human, I need to call an automated line and wait upwards of 30 minutes to speak with someone, they can't get it right and your website is broken. Not to mention, your fees are ridiculous. I think it's time to swtich.

I'm in a similar boat.  Verizon sent me an extra line after their website glitches when buying my new lines and it's 11 straight days of me contacting Verizon to get my lines and billing correct.  You have to call during their banker hours to have any luck.   Stores and after hours are completely useless.  Good luck buddy.
