Issue with Customer Service Promising and Not Delivering

I contacted Customer Service today about an email I received 2 weeks ago from a Verizon representative promising a discount effective immediately to replacing my loyalty discount. I spent 7-1/2 hours got cut off twice and had to restart conversations, had a separate phone conversation and got three totally different resolutions with managers. The final text chat gave me a 4th and argued that the only way to get a month they credit was to call.in each month to ask. She would not address the email I received confirming a different arrangement or the other conversations I had this morning g offering different credits, but I was cut off and they couldn't be finalized. After 30 years with Verizon I am disgusted and want this resolved as promised. A 35 dollar credit monthly indefinitely.
