How can I file a complaint?
I attempted to add a line to my account with a new phone and had nothing but trouble. They decided to flag it 3 hours later as fraud, made me jump through hoops to wind up telling me they could not verify that I was who I said I was and would not be able to proceed with my order. Spent hours talking to various unhelpful people in customer service and received no help until I asked to speak to customer retention and threatened to cancel all my services. Miraculously they were able to confirm it was me and remove the flag to process my phone order. I have never met a business who went out of their way to not get my business. I guess Verizon doesnโt care about retaining customers who have been with them for 20 years.
Is there a number where I can file a formal complaint?
