Issues with transfer of service from verizon business to verizon personal

Hi, im having lots of issues transferring a line from a verizon business account to my personal account. The account owner of the business account has initiated the transfer and I got a transfer number and pin but im unable to accept it even after selecting a plan. I get an error that says to reach out through chat and no one is able to help me in chat. I’ve called the transfer of service team many times and they created a ticket but nobody has replied to the ticket even after 3 days even though they said it would be resolved within 24 hours. I have been on the line for a cumulative 4 hours and no one solves my issues. I will lose access to the business account owners in 2 days and dont want to lose my phone.
