I had an absolutely AWESOME experience with a Verizon customer service rep named Shauna (Shawna?) yesterday, July 3rd, 2023 at around 3 PM EST. I was going to leave her a rave review. However the call disconnected before I had the chance!
Shauna was absolutely stellar! She was extremely friendly, very personable, and highly knowledgeable. I had an older Android phone that was giving me problems with transferring my old data to my new phone. However, with Shauna's expert assistance, we were able to do this relatively quickly!
So THANK YOU SHAUNA! You deserve a really big shout out, and a raise! 🙂
