I am writing to recommend Verizon Representative - Dane, who communicated with me online at about 1:00 PM on May 10, 2023, and actively handled my need for an installation extension.
Dane was very professional throughout the process and made my day with some warm words. Eventually my problem was solved perfectly and timely. On top of that Dane also provided me with a list of nearby stores for more detailed service.
I'm sorry for not submitting my feedback in time after the chat and I am very grateful for this experience.
Thank you again Dane for your care and concern., hopefully this will reach Dane's supervisor and Verizon should be proud that they have such a professional representative.
