Lifetime Disney+/ESPN/Hulu membership

 I was on a play more plan for over three years that included a lifetime Disney+/ESPN/Hulu membership.  When I got my new phones this past April I asked OVER and OVER and OVER if this would affect my lifetime membership and they assured me that it wouldn't.  Without my knowledge they switched my plans and it started me on a 6 months free plan.  I did  not realize this until the 6 months were up, too late to switch back according to Verizon.  The plan they switched me to was the same price so why would I notice they switched me, and why would I switch to a plan that was the same price, just to cancel my lifetime membership. 

I was on the phone for well over an hour talking to the highest person possible just for him to admit he can see what the Verizon store did to me, and also tell me there was absolutely NOTHING he could do about it. 

Recently the same Verizon store said there was no need to send in an old phone on a trade in, and then tried to take away the upgrade credit.  The same store charged me fees when I got a new phone that were not necessary.  The same store said they were wavering my activation fee on a new line because of my past issues and for being a loyal customer, and then charged me anyway...this is all in the past three years.  

I am speechless with the poor/lack of customer support for a customer that has been with Verizon for over 9 year (this time, 6 years prior) and that has 6 phones on their plan.  I was left with an awkward silence on the phone while talking with the highest supervisor, stating that while he understands, there is nothing he can do and no one else I could talk to. WOW!
