Hi, 
Im locked out of my verizon account with no way to access it. Long story short I have a data account with a jetpack, so i have a mobile number that can be texted, but i cannot text from. I previously had an account that got deactivated, but i was able to re activate my jetpack over customer service chat on the verizon website. somehow during this interaction it delegated or changed my old my verizon account because they changed the phone number connected to the jetpack. they didn’t give me a new password or anything for the account, and didn’t give me any information that they were changing the phone number or anything. I had to find my new phone number from my reciept and so i tried to do a password retrieval, but it asks for my zip code. I’ve put in my current billing zip code and every zip code i’ve ever had just to try and event the zip code of the verizon store i had initially gone to and none of them will work. when i go through the verizon website to contact customer service, it takes me through a bunch of loops just to tell me i need to sign in (which obviously i cant). Same issue over the phone, my zip code is still saying it’s incorrect, so i can’t reach customer service that way either. The only thing I am trying to get into my account to do is to set up automatic payments. I can’t even do this over the phone because it sends a text to my jetpack that requires a response, which again i can’t do because it is just a jetpack. i don’t have a verizon phone so i cant switch sim cards or do anything like that. I have no idea what to do other than go to a verizon store but i haven’t had the time and am rarely anywhere near one. I’m feeling very frustrated as i was given no information or warning about any of this.
