Login verification just says account is locked

Every single time I try to sign into my Verizon account for home and mobile, it asks me to verify it’s me. It sends me a text, I verify, then it tells me to go login at the original browser I was trying. As soon as I do it just says my account is locked and I need to change my password. It does this everytime and there is no way to get into my account without verifying it’s me.  I can get on in the app just fine but not through a browser. I’m tired of changing my password 5x and not being able to get on. How can this be resolved?

FrustratedPAGal, we know how important it is to be able to access your account.  May I ask what browser this has been happening on?  -Dee
