My account got deactivated due to nonpayment by a member on the plan. I have been trying to login to the account to rectify the issue and take myself off the plan to avoid this in the future. Somehow, the account is now locked and the password reset prompt isn’t working, due to the app being logged out. I can not contact support through the chat for the same reason and can not call support due to the disconnection. I also do not have access to the account number due to being logged out. I need someone from support to contact me.
You'll have to use a landline or someone else's phone and call support, as account access gets revoked if the plan is deactivated, cancelled, etc.

As SynthpopAddict pointed out, using another phone to contact us for support is always an option. The great news is that we also offer support here. You can always make a bill payment online without account access with the following link: https://www.verizon.com/expresspay/#/auth
If your service is deactivated due to non-payment, you may need to use another phone to reach our financial services department for help. They can be reached at 866-266-1445, and are available Monday - Saturday from 8am - 10pm ET.
