Logs Me in as Guest

Hello, I am a long-term Verizon wireless customer. I am trying to log into my online account from my computer to obtain a copy of my latest bill to print out for my business receipts.

For the past three days, when I log in on my desktop computer, it takes my login info, but when it logs me in, it says I am logged in as a guest and will not allow me to look at my account and payment information. 

It had me add a secret question the first time I tried to log in three days ago, and I am answering that correctly, and it is giving me the screen for obtaining a text message verification number, but neither option on that screen allows me to get that text message to verify my account. Very frustrating!

You probably will have to call customer service, 800-922-0204, to have an agent authenticate you and examine your account for you.

I'm going through the same thing. I've logged into my account and it keeps saying " link services " and every time that I do, it always tells me my number is wrong.

Hello, Jai2025. Help is here as having access to your online My Verizon account is a must! Please tell us more. Is this regarding your wireless account or your Fios account? When did you register for the account in question? Please DO NOT provide this info here but did you set up your online account with a username (not the phone number as the username but an actual username)?
