I have been trying to get Verizon to apply my approved Verizon Forward and my Lifeline discounts to my 5g internet account. So far I have been sent in circles and gotten nowhere. One page said set up you internet first which I did but then when I click on the button for the Verizon Forward it wants me to choose a plan which I already did. I also can not get anyone to apply my Lifeline to my account. I need this since the affordable connectivity program is gone.
