On September 15th, 2023 a semi truck went down my street and caught a phone line that apparently was hanging low and some of my siding was damaged on my house. There are no signs on my street to indicate that a truck of that size is not allowed to use it.
The damage is only $1200 but I should not have to pay out of my pocket for repairs. I do have an accident report filled out by the Sheriff's department, pictures of the damage and an estimate. I need to know how I can go about filing a claim for these damages so I can have repairs done.
Also, a verrizon tech came and removed the hanging wire.
Thank you,
Linda Kuhn
