Manuel Promo credit

I have been having a very poor experience overall with Verizon customer service the past 2-3 years with promotional credits not being added manually. I currently have one that I have to call every six months for a $200 credit for 4 times total. The first time it took 6 months to get and about 20 calls. The second time took me about 3 weeks and 6 calls to reach someone that can do it and not falsely state that it takes 7 days to do so and it never actually does.

The 2 credits that have been properly applied were able to do  it during the phone call and not wait 7 days. 

My current issue is I called last Wednesday they only applied $100 and I called later that day it will take until Saturday to do it. It is not Monday and it has not been applied and I have not been able to get a live representative it continues to bring me to the privacy policy and then it hangs up on me. 
I am very dissatisfied and would appreciate if I can get the  appropriate service and help I need.

One thing I left out is I never deleted emails and messages during this. They would send that a $200 credit has been applied to the account and it never was. The same situation happened on Wednesday.
