Dear Verizon,
I addressed this erroneously charged balance over a month and I am still receiving this.
Please check my records of inquiry since January 2024.
I am a military active duty and requested to suspend my service on the date of 29 Jan 2024. Tried it through ID ME over twenty times but ended up with a technical failure therefore addressed it to Verizon Customer Service accordingly.
And guess what, you Verizon failed it and still charged this amount even after I left the country for my overseas mission.
I even sent my military overseas assignment order to prove it. The picture above is an email I received a few hours ago.
I called over a twenty times for this erroneous charge!!!!!
I had to wake up at 0400 am to make a phone call to correct this issue over a twenty times, with using my local carrier.
And ended up being charged for over $200 USD for my calls to Verizon Customer Service from Korea.
The worst part is I am still receiving this email, and my speculation is all the customer service representatives and supervisors that I spoke to failed it entirely. A few of them told me they will send me a confirmation email but none of them did!
Dear Verizon, please do your job and stop this erroneous charge and suspend my lines as I requested! Its so frustrating and none of us should go through this painful stressing process especially while we’re at overseas for our mission!
