I'm active duty military and suspended my service for a deployment. I'm trying to travel home, and need my service turned back on so I can stay in touch with people. I can't log into MyVerizon because it requires a verification code that I can't receive because I can't get text messages. When I posted about this problem, they sent me the MyVerizon log in link and said that's how I reactivate my suspended line. I told them I can't log in without being able to receive text messages. This was the reply:
"We're so sorry about the inconvenience and not being able to get those texts. Unfortunately, we don't have a way to authenticate that doesn't require a text message. If you're able, I recommend going to a Verizon store with a valid ID and they can access your account and reactivate your service there. You can find the store closest to you using this link"
I can't go to a Verizon store because I'm deployed. And MyVerizon does not work because my line is suspended. How am I supposed to reactivate my line? Please help.
