Military, wont unlock phone

I’m in the army and overseas, Verizon is telling me they won’t unlock it since it hasn’t been 60 days even though I have orders and I paid off the phone. I have asked for it to be expedited because I cannot pay for overseas for a month. I was under the impression this could be expedited but it seems not. Thanks Verizon for the many years I’ve been a customer and ruining it over an arbitrary number. Really feeling the love.

To clarify, will your deployment be more than 90 days? Also, has your service been suspended under the Military Suspension process yet?
