I manage a property in Burtonsville MD where the in ground box covering the cable connections is missing the cover. This is very dangerous as kids play in the area, could fall in the hole where the cover should be, and get hurt.
Can a Verizon crew please come out to replace the cover and secure it so it cannot be removed remedying this safety issue? Address is near 15000 and 15004 McKnew Rd., Burtonsville MD.
