Missing Trade In

I'm having some major issues with verizon. I did a trade in in March of this year. I still do not have the trade-in credit on my account even though I received the trade-in confirmation by email in April and have called four times to have the credit applied. I don't know what else to do at this point. This is overly frustrating.
