Hello, I've recently noticed in the Rewards Insights section of the Verizon Credit Card app that I have not received rewards for some purchases. For example, I made purchase from Ticketmaster in May, which shows on my monthly credit card statement as having been made in May, however the purchase and thus associated awards are not listed in the Rewards Insights for that month at all. I have made other purchases from Ticketmaster and those do show up, but not the one from May. I've noticed other transactions that don't show up either and thus I'm losing out on rewards for a card that claims to reward for every purchase. Please advise.
