I unfortunately have to go to an attorney to go after a contractor that has taken a significant deposit but is not doing the work and has ghosted us. Right after he ghosted us all of his incriminating text messages' disappeared off of my phone. Not sure how this happened I just know we did not delete them. I need this text conversation restored from verizons servers!
Hello, krbaugh1. Dealing with legal issues are a very serious situation and help is here. In any legal case, once you attain an attorney, this person can subpoena text message logs for the purpose of a lawsuit. Please have your attorney contact so that we can proceed with getting the info that is needed. I do hope this helps.
