Missing travel pass days

I have had 5G GetMore for several years.  I am supposed to get one travel pass per month. But when I check my Verizon UP it looks like I only have the travel passes associated with my Verizon Credit Card.  I have 2 other lines on my account.  One has 5G Getmore and the other 5G DoMore.  Those lines seem to be getting the monthly travel passes.  How can I be sure how many travel passes I really have?

I would also share your concern if I had Get More 5G, and were showing less TravelPass days than expected when checking it out, Alan5000. It sounds like you're looking in the correct place, as these are managed within the Verizon Up portion of the My Verizon app. We can take a look and see what is happening with those days. Please be on the lookout for a private note from us.

I called Verizon and I do have the correct number of travel pass days for my line.  It is just not correct in Verizon UP.
