Verizon customer service has given me the run around and lied to me by each phone agent as well as the store that I visited. I am in the process of finding another provider. They tell you whatever to appease you while on the phone but change nothing. I am very disappointed with this company and nobody cares. I have written other complaints and nothing changes. Well you will have one less person to ignore because I have had enough. Billing is jacked up. Keep hearing they are fixing it but it's still the same. Watch has been lost in transit for a week now and I have heard nothing from anyone. I do not want it and want it removed IMMEDIATELY !! NOBODY can connect my second number by eSIM but I'm still being charged. Now I may have to get a new number, change web address info, and repurchase business cards but Verizon does not give a flying shiii. You just want your money while making me lose mine. I have a small business. Not a corporation and I would never treat my clients as you have. Your internet is getting worse by the day. Stops working in the wee hours when I guess you think people are asleep but some of us use tv when they can't but I have to result to an antenna. I am suppose to be on some Tech monitor to try and see what the problem is but I have yet again heard NOTHING. IM SURE THIS IS A WASTE OF MY TIME BUT HEY.....I have lost money that I can't get back. May as well add a little time in there with it. SIGNED: VERY VERY VERY UNHAPPY ABOUT TO BE EX CLIENT.

I'm just another customer, as are most of the other forum members here, but I feel your pain. A few suggestions:
-If this is a business account, don't call the general CS number ending in 0204 as that's a catch-all number going to an overseas call center. Business Support is a different department of the company, so I'd try contacting them through the other numbers/contact means they give in the Business section of the website. Or if you have a dedicated Business Support rep, contact that person directly.
-The Verizon reps who hang out in the forums can't access business accounts. Why, don't know.
-For lost shipments, I've heard conflicting information on who to contact, but I'd try contacting the shipper with the tracking number and file a claim. Can't be any worse than what you've been dealing with already.
-If you are using the internet cube and not Fios for your internet, the cubes run off the cell phone towers and data speeds will fluctuate, sometimes wildly, due to that. Would suggest switching to something on a wired (cable or fiber) connection for more stable service.
-If you're going to cancel your internet service, make sure you print the equipment return label through your My Verizon account BEFORE disconnecting the internet service. Otherwise, trying to get a return label is another problem you don't want to deal with.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
