To whom it may concern,
as this is very concerning for me. I originally signed up for 4/$25 month each welcome plan. And added paid Security perk! Well somehow an issue was created and I am unable to find out why. As the representatives won’t even speak with me. I have paid their outrageous prices and to be denied the service which they offer. 24 hour service and security to protect me and my account/phone. Well first time trying to use this service. Locked out told my business account is being governed and they, Verizon experts are not allowed to even look at my account. What kind of security do they sell? Told can only speak during the time I am having to work. Which does not help my situation and it seems a bit serious. Not to mention the signal I receive is very disappointing. I pay way too much for this type of situation to be dealing with. I feel if I was not notified or sent something regarding this matter.
