Multiple account issues

Hi, I've been trying to activate the +Play offer of buying a year of Peacock and receiving a year of Netflix premium. I essentially keep getting told to try again later. I have not been subscribed to either for months or years and have only been subscribed to Verizon Fios since January. When I try to chat, it says it is having technical difficulties.

So I went into my Verizon account to see if there is another issue. When I check my account, it shows incorrect information, like my autopay being off and not having paperless billing. Sometimes pages fail to load, and it doesn't show an account number or any account activity.  My verification status for email and phone each say unverified, but I've verified both. I see two credit cards (different banks, different networks) I have added but I can't use either for the offer, and I always get the same generic error.
